Keeping Mentally Healthy: Self-affirmations

Keeping Mentally Healthy: Self-affirmations

The idea of self-affirmations is a psychological concept that has been studied for decades to show great results. It is also something that can be easily implemented into your every day life.

A great way to practice this is by putting up a quote or belief that you struggling to believe on your mirror. For example, your message might say, "I am strong" or "I am enough". By putting it somewhere you will see throughout the day and reading it out loud you can slowly teach yourself to believe it!
