FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The courses we run are developed by MHFA Australia and they are tried and tested. The courses are based on a mix of scientific research and expert consensus and are regularly updated to provide the most current information. Research has been conducted on the outcomes of the course and has been shown to improve participants’ mental health knowledge, decrease stigmatising attitudes, increase their confidence to assistant in a mental health first aid situation and increase help-providing behaviours.
